Kitten Kay Sera is known as "The Pink Lady of Hollywood." She has lived in West Hollywood for the last 15 years. "I love the opportunity that LA has to offer!" she tells Tech Insider in an email. Sera really, really loves the color pink. She used to be blonde, but has since dyed her hair a vibrant hue. Sometimes she'll find a product she loves, but it's not in the right color. A recent example? Her pink sofa. "That color is discontinued, but they brought it back just for me," she says of her JoyBird sofa. Everything in her closet is pink, she tells TI in an email. "I have to be able to express myself through my fashion, for I'm a PINK PASSIONISTA," she writes. "I feel like: Why make a fashion statement when you can make an exclamation mark?" The small details in her life are pink too, all the way down to her toothbrush and hair curlers. She says she's spent easily over $1 million on pink items. But explains that she buys the same things as everyone else — she just buys them in pink. "Shoes, wardrobe, bedding, purses, etc.," she lists off. "That's basically 28,000 a year roughly spent." Even her dog Miss Kisses is pink. Sera dyes the dog pink with a beet root juice dye that is vet-approved and safe. Miss Kisses also has her own fans, and her own Instagram. The one thing in her home that isn't pink is the air conditioning unit. Sera doesn't own it, so she can't paint it. Plus, the fumes from paint could circulate in the room and be harmful. She regularly does photo shoots in her home and lets other people use her house as a backdrop for shoots as well. Celebrities, like fellow pink-lover Paris Hilton, have come to Sera's home. Hilton was doing a photo shoot for Moschino in this picture. Actress Ruby Rose has also visited Sera's pink palace for a shoot for Galore magazine. She's a singer and actress, and recently released a music video for her song "Sex Kitten," in which Beyoncé sings back-up vocals. "We go way back, both being born and raised in Houston," Sera tells TI. When she visits somewhere that is not pink, Sera says she misses the color. But she brings pink wherever she goes, adding: "I crave pink. Always."

Now, over 35 years later, she hasn't worn another color since.

Dubbed "The Pink Lady of Hollywood," 52-year-old Sera, who is originally from Texas, has made a name for herself in the industry. She and her dog Miss Kisses turn heads wherever they go in a flourish of pink. They've appeared on TV showsand in movies, and Sera has even recorded music.
